Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle professional camera and related equipment’s to record, required videos and photos as per client’s requirement.
- Prepare videos, pictures, graphics, and sound from various formats, in preparation for non-linear editing in professional standards.
- To prepare sets for and conduct interviews.
- To handle equipment for live events and broadcast it on site and in studios.
- To identify media assets from various sources and to manipulate it accordingly.
- Assist with the production of live programming for TV.
- To do postproduction of contents using various professional software such as Adobe Premier pro, FCP, After effects etc.
- Assist with coordinating productions end to end.
- Develop, maintain, and use professional networks.
- Develop and maintain own competence and knowledge in specialist broadcasting areas.
- Follow health & safety procedures when in production.
- Operate effectively within the production workflow and ensure production work is completed in time.

Skill/experience/qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same industry with knowledge in operating camera, video editing, live broadcasting, and other equipment.
- Knowledge of professional editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Aftereffects, Photoshop, Davinci resolve etc.
- Fluent in English and should be capable to communicate in south Indian languages.
- Knowledge in securely storing and accessing media assets.
- Knowledge and understanding in various lighting setups.
- Able to handle professional cameras and broadcasting cameras for various conditions.
- Knowledge of handling professional gimbals and camera rigs.
- Knowledge in editing, processing, and mixing audio assets.
- Knowledge of setting up and de-rigging technical equipment.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of media content, including but not limited to video, audio, and written materials. Utilize expertise in qualitative and quantitative indicators to assess the quality and relevance of media content.
- Apply credit rating principles to evaluate the potential risks associated with media projects and productions. Develop methodologies to assess the creditworthiness of media enterprises, considering factors such as industry trends, market competition, and financial stability.
- Lead a team in crafting comprehensive credit rating reports for media companies, highlighting key industry risks, market dynamics, and financial performance. Ensure the reports adhere to industry standards and provide valuable insights for stakeholders.
- Drive research initiatives to enhance rating models specific to the media industry. Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate relevant qualitative and quantitative indicators into rating methodologies. Continuously optimize models for accurate risk assessment.

- Create and Present design concepts and samples of ads to team for approval before moving forward with production.
- To update with market trends to identify potential customers and develop new product adverts with unique ideas.
